In the next section, you are invited to reflect on how your way of
being, seeing, communicating and deciding impacts the way you
live, what you enjoy doing and how you interact as a couple.

Why Focus on You? 

Humans have an inherent desire to discover new things
– especially about ourselves.  Taking time to understand
what’s important to you and how you “show up” will help
you maintain your individuality within your real relationship.

In a real relationship, you get to be you,
so move on to the next section to explore
you (individually).

There will be plenty of opportunities
to talk about YOU (plural)!
